The API related to static views is no longer documented.

New types, classes, and macros, as well as some new API to existing classes, are documented in Chapter 1, 3, and 4. Table 1.1 has also been updated.

Appendix C, Grammar of Dynamic View Types Specification, has been complemented with additional operators. See “Grammar”..

New variables have been added in Appendix A, Environment Variables.
