Rogue Wave JViews Charts 9.0 Release Notes

This document contains a summary of new features and enhancements, late breaking product issues, and bug fixes. The following describes changes to Rogue Wave JViews Charts since version 8.10. Release notes documenting changes in previous versions are located in the current directory.

• Because of general changes, some methods and constructors have a modified signature. See migration notes.

• Most computations are now made using double precision in place of float precision. See the main Release Notes of JViews 9.0.

New methods:
• moveObject(ilog.views.IlvGraphic, double, double, boolean)
• Removed methods:
  • moveObject(ilog.views.IlvGraphic, float, float, boolean)

ilog.views.chart.print.IlvChartFlowObject

• New methods:
  • draw(java.awt.Graphics, double, double) : Draw this flow object in the specified graphics at the specified location.
• Removed methods:
  • draw(java.awt.Graphics, float, float)

ilog.views.chart.data.IlvJDBCDataSource

• New methods:
  • addProperties(java.util.Properties) : Add properties to configure the JDBC driver
