Description

The IlvMenuBar class is a rectangular area where IlvMenuItem objects are displayed. It provides access to popup menus.
Usually, the items define areas where the user can click to pop up a menu. When the user clicks on a label of the menu bar, a popup menu may appear to let him or her select an item.
