The following new features have been added to DB Link 7.3.

Support for Oracle 23ai

Support for Oracle 23ai was added.

New Environment Variables

We have added the ILD_TREAT_NULL_STR_AS_EMPTY environment variable. When present, reading an empty string from a database returns an empty string, instead of a null pointer.
