The messages that DB Link generates, either errors or simply warnings, are now externalized in ICU style resource files. The messages generated by the underlying database client or the server itself are not managed by DB Link.

A unique non translated message is used when DB Link fails to load the environment data. The text of message is the following: "CWZDL0048E Failed to load environment data". The application will work but all messages can only be displayed in English.
