Parameters
nAngle
The angle to rotate, in tenths of a degree.
fOriginX
The horizontal coordinate of the origin.
fOriginY
The vertical coordinate of the origin.
Comments
If you want to spin a component in place, pass in the center of the component as the origin.sizeAspectRatio
The aspect ratio of the viewport the components are being rotated in.
