class CGXHeaderFooterDialog: public CDialog

The CGXHeaderFooterDialog is a predefined dialog class for changing the header/footer properties maintained by the property object at run time.

This dialog makes it easy for the end user to change the appearance of the grid. The user can specify whether settings should be written to the profile.
