What are the reserved ranges for resource ids in Objective Grid?

We have the following guidelines for all declarations and resources ids.

Resource Ids all start with GX_ .... or IDS_GX.... so you should never use GX for your personal resources to avoid problems.

Next, the following Ids are reserved for OG (see gxresrc.h):

22000 to 23999 and 51000 to 52999

Objective Grid does not use any ids outside this range.
