SECTipOfDay::GetShowAtStartup

BOOLSECTipOfDay::GetShowAtStartup(void)

Returns the current state of the internal variable that controls if the show at startup check box will be checked or not. Call this routine to see if you should show the tip of the day dialog or not. This value is considered part of the state of the class and should be stored in the profile/registry.
