1.8.1 Before Contacting Technical Support

You will save time if you do the following before you contact us:

  1. Isolate the problem.

  2. Isolate the problem to the smallest test case possible, if applicable. Short code is easier to understand, transmit, and verify.

  3. Check the documentation.

  4. Read relevant portions of the resources listed in Section 1.7.

  5. Collect your numbers.
