You must use the SPM to install and build a compatible Tools.h++ library before you attempt to build Money.h++. A compatible Tools.h++ library is one that was built using the same platform and build options that will be used to compile Money.h++.

If you use Rogue Wave`s Standard C++ Library with Tools.h++, be sure to upgrade to the most recent version of Standard C++ Library at the same time you upgrade Tools.h++.
The Java components in Money.h++ are pre-built, so there are no build dependencies. However, before you can use the components you must have the Java Development Kit (JDK), available at www.javasoft.com.
The Java code provided with the Money.h++ example programs has been designed to work with JDK versions 1.1 to 1.1.7 inclusive. Previous to JDK 1.1, the BigDecimal class was available in JDBC only. JDK 1.0.2 users can use the Money.h++ Java code, but they must also have JDBC 1.2.2 installed. In addition, such users will be inconvenienced because the JDBC 1.2.2 version of BigDecimal did not have arbitrary precision, but was instead limited to 18 digits. This may cause problems during division.
NOTE: Before compiling and running any of the Java code provided with Money.h++, you must install one of the JDK versions listed above and properly set up your CLASSPATH environment variable.
