WzVariable Overview
WzVariable Tool is used to organize and manage variables. The main uses of WzVariable Tool are:
*To provide a list of available variables (i.e., variables on the $MAIN$ program level of PV‑WAVE) and allow you to organize the list as you wish.
*To allow you to automatically associate the variables from any active VDA Tool with a WzVariable Tool. In other words, you can easily list the variables that are displayed in any VDA Tool in the WzVariable Tool.
*To let you easily add and remove variables from the variable selection list.
In addition, you can use the File=>Export Variables function to export the currently selected variables to other active VDA Tools.

note
Avoid using the PV‑WAVE DEVICE command at the WAVE> command line when VDA Tools are running.
WzVariable Features
WzVariable contains several features that help you manage variables. You can show all or some of the variables on the $MAIN$ program level, delete variables, and copy variables.
You can also associate the variables from any active VDA Tool with the WzVariable Tool. In other words, the WzVariable Tool will display the names of all the variables associated with a VDA Tool that you select.
