Displaying a Variable in a WzPlot Tool
Use any of the following methods to display a variable in a WzPlot Tool:
Export a variable or selected data from another VDA Tool to a specified instance of the WzPlot Tool. To do this, use the
File=>Export Variable(s) or
File=>Export Selected Data function in the VDA Tool containing the variable.
Supply a variable name as a parameter to the WzPlot command.
For example:
WAVE> WzPlot, air data
where air data is a variable on the $MAIN$ level of PV‑WAVE.
note | The first time a variable is displayed using the WzPlot Tool, the view range appears with rounded values. For instance, if the values actually go from 0.123 to 9.34, the range shown is from 0 to 10. The plot shows the actual values, but the axis range is rounded. |
