REPLV Function
Standard Library function that replicates a vector into an array.

This function does not work on strings. |
Usage
result = REPLV(vector, dim_vector, dim)
Input Parameters
vector—The vector to be replicated.
dim_vector—A vector specifying the dimensions of the output array.
dim—An integer (³0) designating the dimension to replicate.
Returned Value
result—An array of dimensions dim_vector.
