Database Connection Toolkit

PV‑WAVE's powerful database connection functions let you import data from an external database into PV‑WAVE. If you can access your data source from the computer on whichPV‑WAVE is running, you can connect to the data source from within PV‑WAVE. This eliminates the need to export the data to a file before importing it into PV‑WAVE. You can query or update your data source from PV‑WAVE using the same Structured Query Language (SQL) commands supported by your local DBMS. You do not need to learn new syntax or complicated function and procedure calls.
