This dialog is used to generate filter kernels and structuring elements for morphological operations. This dialog is also used to create correlation templates.

Kernel Values—Enter the values of the kernel array.

Load From File—Load a kernel array from an ASCII file.

Save To File—Save the kernel array as an ASCII file.

Load Existing Kernel—Load an existing kernel variable.

Kernel Size—Select the dimensions of the kernel array. If you select Other, enter values for Width and Height in the text fields provided.

Save Kernel As—Enter a name for the kernel variable.

Scale Factor—Enter the kernel scale factor.

Kernel Type—Select the kernel data type.

OK—Define the kernel and exit the dialog box.

Apply—Define the kernel, but do not exit the dialog box.

Cancel—Dismiss the dialog box without taking any action.

Help—Display online Help on the dialog box.
