IPCT Dialog Box
Perform the
inverse principle components transform (IPCT). This dialog operates on a 3D real or complex array of images.
Transform Matrix—An n-by-n real or complex array where n is the number of images in the input array of images. This is the principle components transform matrix for the input images. This matrix can be formed using the PCT dialog box.
Return Type—By default, the resulting array is complex. Select Real to return only the real portion of the result. Select Imaginary to return only the imaginary portion of the result.
Create New Image—Select this option to store the result in a new image variable.
Overwrite Image—Select this option to overwrite the original image with the result.
Mean Matrix—A 1D, n-element array specifying the mean of the sample array formed from the images.
Result Minimum—If Offset to Zero is selected, the resulting image is offset by the minimum value that produces a minimum value of zero in the resulting image.
Variable Suffix—If the Create New Image option is selected, enter a suffix for the new image variable name. This suffix is added to the original variable name.
OK—Perform the transform and exit the dialog box.
Apply—Perform the transform, but do not exit the dialog box.
Cancel—Dismiss the dialog box without taking any action.
Help—Display online Help on the dialog box.
