Performs the principle components transform on a multi-layered image.

Covariance—Store the covariance matrix of the sample array formed from the images. Enter a variable suffix in the corresponding text field.

Transform—Store principle components transformation matrix (a complex array). Enter a variable suffix in the corresponding text field.

Mean—Store the mean of the sample array formed from the images. Enter a variable suffix in the corresponding text field.

Eigenvectors—Store the Eigenvalues of the covariance matrix (a complex array). Enter a variable suffix in the corresponding text field.

Eigenvalues—Store the Eigenvalues of the covariance matrix (a complex array). Enter a variable suffix in the corresponding text field.

Return Type—Select the type of returned data. If Complex is selected, complex values are returned. If Real is selected, only the real part of the complex values are returned. If Imaginary is selected, only the imaginary part of the complex values are returned.

Create New Image—If this option is selected, the processed data is used to create a new image. Enter a suffix for the new image variable name in the text field provided.

Overwrite Image—If this option is selected, the current image is overwritten by the processed data.

Result Minimum—If set, the result is offset by its minimum value so that the returned result has a minimum of zero.

Variable Suffix—If the Create New Image option is selected, enter a suffix for the new image variable name. This suffix is added to the original variable name.

OK—Perform the transform and exit the dialog box.

Apply—Perform the transform, but do not exit the dialog box.

Cancel—Dismiss the dialog box without taking any action.

Help—Display online Help on the dialog box.
