Please be prepared to provide the following information when you call for consultation during Rogue Wave Software’s business hours:
*Your license number.
*A detailed description of the problem.
*Name and version number of the product. For example, PV‑WAVE 2022.1.
*The type of system on which the software is being run. For example, Opteron, Intel x86.
*The operating system and version number. For example, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 or Windows 10.
