Controlling the Sequence of the Animation
You can select the type of sequencing you want for the animation in the WzAnimate Tool.
Cycling through the Frames Once
To make the animation stop when either the end or the beginning of the variable is reached:
1. Click
MB1 on the
Auto Stop radio button in the controls area of the WzAnimate window to select it.
2. Click MB1 on either the Forward or Reverse arrow button.
The animation proceeds in the direction you chose, then stops.
Cycling through the Frames Repeatedly
To repeat the animation in the same direction when the end or the beginning of the variable is reached:
1. Click
MB1 on the
Continuous radio button in the controls area of the WzAnimate window to select it.
2. Click MB1 on either the Forward or Reverse arrow button.
If you clicked the Forward arrow button, the animation sequences forward through the frames, beginning with the first frame. Then after the last frame is displayed, the animation starts over, beginning with the first frame.
If you clicked the Reverse arrow button, the animation sequences backward through the frames, beginning with the last frame. Then after the first frame is displayed, the animation repeats, beginning with the last frame and moves in reverse.
3. To stop the animation, click
MB1 on the
Stop button located between the
Reverse and
Forward arrow buttons in the controls area.
Stepping through the Frames
To be able to step through the frames using the Forward and Reverse arrow buttons:
1. Click
MB1 on the
Step radio button in the controls area of the WzAnimate window to select it.
2. Click MB1 on either the Forward or Reverse arrow button.
The animation proceeds to the next frame in the direction you chose, then stops on that frame.
3. Click MB1 on either the Forward or Reverse arrow button to step to another frame.
Cycling between Forward and Reverse
To make the animation alternately cycle between reverse and forward when either the end or the beginning of the variable is reached:
1. Click
MB1 on the
Cycle select box in the controls area of the WzAnimate window to select it.
2. Click one of the radio buttons (Auto Stop, Continuous, or Step).
3. Click MB1 on either the Forward or Reverse arrow button.
The animation proceeds to the next frame in the direction you chose. When either end of the variable is reached, the animation changes direction.
