WzAnimate Controls Area
Reverse, Stop, Forward—The Reverse and Forward arrow buttons start the animation and control the direction in which the animation proceeds through the frames in the variable. The Reverse arrow button starts the animation backward through the variable, and the Forward arrow button starts the animation forward through the variable. The Stop button freezes the animation at the frame currently displayed.
Auto Stop—When this radio button is selected, it causes the animation to stop automatically when either the beginning or the end of the variable is reached.
Continuous —When this radio button is selected, it causes the animation to sequence through the variable repeatedly, starting over when the end of the variable is reached.
Step—When this radio button is selected, it causes the animation to freeze on the next or last frame every time you click the Forward or Reverse arrow button.
Cycle—When this check box is selected and used in conjunction with Continuous or Step control, it causes the animation to alternate between forward and reverse through the variable.
Timer Delay—This slider sets the time interval between the displaying of frames (in milliseconds). If the time interval is set to less than 100 ms and the animation is continuous, effecting any of the other controls, such as clicking the Stop button, is difficult because controls commands are effected between the displaying of frames.
Frame—This slider moves in real time during the animation and indicates the currently displayed frame’s number and relative position in the variable. Between animations, the
Frame slider can be moved manually with
MB1 to display a different frame.
