You can uninstall the extension from within Visual Studio Code, by first selecting View > Extensions from the drop-down menu. Then select the Perforce Static Analysis extension and right-click the Manage icon, then select Uninstall.
You will need to reload Visual Studio Code for the removal to take effect.
