You can uninstall the extension from within Visual Studio, by first selecting Tools > Extension Manager and then finding the extension within the resultant dialog, and selecting Uninstall.
VS2019 the extension manager is under: Extensions > Manage Extensions.
The extension will be uninstalled automatically if Perforce QAC is uninstalled.
Visual Studio will need to be restarted in order for the extension to be deactivated.
