QAC license tokens

The following are top-level tokens for counted licenses of QAC installations, as shown in the license usage reports and license key files.

qac_build_fixed	Klocwork build licenses used while running and uploading baseline and CI/CD analysis jobs	Host	Automatically (after 14 days)
qac_build_float	Klocwork build licenses used while running and uploading baseline and CI/CD analysis jobs	Host	Automatically (immediately)
qac_user_desktop	Klocwork (full) user licenses used while running Klocwork Desktop Tools and local analysis (like the IDE plugins, kwcheck, and Klocwork Desktop)	Username	Manually (immediately) for named users, or automatically after 7 days (auto-free opt)
validate_user	Klocwork Validate-portal-only user license consumed while logging in to the Validate portal	Username	Manually (immediately) for named users, or automatically after 7 days (auto-free opt)
