Each Perforce QAC project must have at least one configuration. This is known as the Initial Configuration and is automatically created on building a new Perforce QAC Project (or upgrading an existing Perforce QAC Project). This then also becomes the Active Configuration by default. Refer to Configuration Manager for the creation of new configurations for your project.
