If you have installed the component under the component directory of the Perforce QAC installation, then no explicit removal of the component may be required as it will be removed when Perforce QAC is removed.
If you do need to just remove this component, simply delete the component installation directory. If installed_components.ini was updated during installation then it should be updated to delete this removed component.
