User Messages and Validate Connected Projects

User messages generated by analysis in Helix QAC can be uploaded to a Connected project in Validate with the following restrictions:

The Rule configuration screen in Validate only lists the rule number, and not the full text message associated with the rule.
User message severity is fixed at Review in Validate.
There are no help links available for user messages in Validate.
User message configuration is not currently sharable with other users as part of the downloaded project configuration.
