For Helix QAC to run properly the environment must have the LOCALAPPDATA environment variable set. This is normally set by the OS. If it does not exist then the environment variable HELIX_QAC_UDL may be used to point to the location where you wish to store your User Data Location. See Environment Variables for more details.
