Authorization and changelist servers

As an alternative to the multi-server options at Deployment architecture, it is possible to specialized servers that have a shared user base for authentication and change lists:

• To simplify user authentication with a P4AUTH server.
• To guarantee unique P4CHANGE change list numbers across the organization.
