Sync changes from a submitted changelist

If you want to go back to work on a version you already submitted to P4 Server, you can sync the changes from a submitted changelist to your workspace.

1. Click the Submitted Changes tab.

2. Select a submitted changelist.

3. If you selected the most recent changelist, click Sync Changes.

   If you selected an older changelist, click Sync Past Changes.

   You can also right-click a submitted changelist in the left pane and select Sync Changelist.

4. In the Sync Changelist dialog box, review the list of files that will be synced.

5. Click Sync.

   The items are downloaded from P4 Server and your workspace is updated.
