Remove a workspace from view
If you no longer want a workspace to show in P4 One, you can remove it from view. P4 One does not provide a way to fully delete a workspace from the application.
-
In the Recent Workspaces or Favorites list in the navigation pane, right-click the workspace to remove.
-
Click Delete Item.
The workspace is removed from the list. However, its files are not deleted, and if the workspace is connected to P4, its client is not removed from P4 Server.
If you open the workspace again, for example by navigating to its folder, it is re-added to P4 One.
Reclaim disk space without removing a workspace
To see a breakdown of a workspace's local disk usage and free space without removing the workspace, right-click inside the workspace and choose Review Storage. The breakdown includes objects, versions, experiments, and cache, along with a chart that shows how much space is reclaimable. Click Reclaim to free the space in one step, or check Automatically reclaim to free unused storage each time you squash.
Fully remove a workspace
To fully remove a workspace, delete its folder using your operating system. The folder is moved to the operating system's trash or recycle bin, and the workspace no longer shows in the Recent Workspaces or Favorites list.
If the workspace was connected to P4 Server, deleting the folder does not remove its client from the server. Consider removing the client separately if you no longer want it.
