To install the P4 Server (p4d) and P4 Server command-line client (p4) on Windows, download and run the P4 Server Windows installer from the Downloads page of the Perforce web site:

The P4 Server installer walks you through the steps to install the P4 Server (p4d.exe), the P4 Server command-line client (p4.exe), and other P4 Server Windows components.
