The hostname and port number of the optional centralized changelist server from which this Helix Server is being configured to get the most recent unused changelist number.

Notes
The format of P4CHANGE is

port by itself if both the
Helix Server and the changelist server are running on the same host. host:port
All servers must be at the same release level.
Port numbers must be in the range 1024 through
32767.
If a service user is configured, that service user is used to contact the centralized change server and obtain the change number. If not, the built-in remote user is used. See
