    Cloud deployments

    For technical support for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean deployments, email Helix Core Cloud Support.

    In your email, include information about your Helix Core Server configuration, which you can get from P4V.

    1. In P4V, choose Help > System Info.

    2. Click Copy Info to copy the system information to the clipboard.

    3. Paste the system info in the email.
