Set P4 VS preferences

To set P4 VS preferences in Visual Studio, go to Tools > Options. You can specify preferences on the following nodes in the Options dialog under Source Control:

• P4 - Connections
• P4 - Data Retrieval
• P4 - Diff/Merge/Reviews
• P4 - General
• P4 - Ignoring Files
• P4 - Logging

In addition, you can:

• Specify keyboard shortcuts for P4 VS commands. Go to Tools > Options > Environment > Keyboard.
• Turn on CodeLens functionality for P4 VS. Go to Tools > Options > Text Editor > All Languages > CodeLens and select Show P4 Commit Provider.
