Set up Helix Search

This section describes the set-up process for Helix Search. The Helix Search service can be deployed in a variety of ways depending on your use case. See Prerequisites .

Deploying Helix Search requires the following elements:

• A list of host addresses for Elasticsearch nodes you want to use for Helix Search.

• Login credentials (optional, but recommended).

• The p4search service. See The p4search service.
• Helix Search extensions. See Extension configuration.
• An indexing method. See Index Helix Search.
