Unlock an asset in your collection
Important
You cannot unlock assets locked by another user. Ask the user that locked the asset to unlock it or contact your administrator.
When an asset is locked, other users cannot work on it. This helps avoid multiple users editing the same asset at the same time.
You can unlock assets in your collection if you decide not to make changes to them so they are available for editing by other users.

In Helix Sync, click the project to open it, and then open the collection.

Click the My changes list or the All assets

Click the vertical ellipsis
next to the asset, and click Unlock asset.
The asset is unlocked and the lock label is removed.
