Change a review status on the Kanban board

Each P4 DAM project can include a Kanban board to help your team visually track assets and asset bundles as they move through the review workflow.

1. Open the project. See Browse projects.

2. Click Kanban board in the project navigation pane.

   The board opens. The number of asset and bundle reviews in each column is displayed in the column header.

   If you don't see the Kanban board option for the project, it is hidden. Company admins and project admins can show or hide a Kanban board for a project. See Configure project settings.

3. Drag an asset or bundle review from its current column to the header of a new column, or onto a review item in a populated column.

   A colored rectangle shows where you can drop the item.

   The review status is now updated.

   If the review does not move to the new column, a transition rule is restricting the move. See Create company workflows.
