Support

To request support, go to the Perforce Support Center.

The Support team may ask for a report on your Perforce TeamHub and P4 DAM environments, and the product versions. To find this information:

1. Run the command:

   sudo hth-ctl report

   The command generates a compressed archive at /tmp/hth_report.tar.gz with Perforce TeamHub and P4 DAM logs and system information.

2. In P4 DAM, click Help > About.

3. In the About pane, make note of the P4 DAM, P4, P4 Search, and Elasticsearch versions.

4. When responding to your support request, include your system and versions you have noted, and attach the hth_report.tar.gz file.
