Remove tags from asset bundles

Tags help identify and group assets for better searching and browsing. You can remove tags that are no longer relevant.

Remove user-applied tags from asset bundles

  1. Open the asset bundle.

  2. In the asset bundle pane, select the asset bundle.

  3. Click Asset details.

    If the right panel is hidden, click the Show right panel button Image of the Show right panel button at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Next to the tags, click the Manage tags added by users button .

    A Search box opens with a list of all the user-applied tags on your P4 DAM system.

  5. To remove a tag, click the X on it.

  6. Repeat for all the tags to remove.

  7. When you have finished, click the Collapse button Image of the Collapse arrow next to the Search box to close it.

    The tag changes are saved.

Remove auto-generated AI tags from asset bundles

  1. Open the asset bundle.

  2. If the asset bundle is not selected in the tree view, select it.

  3. Click Asset details.

    If the right panel is hidden, click the Show right panel button Image of the Show right panel button at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Next to the tags, click the AI tags button Image of the View and manage AI tags button.

    The AI tags dialog opens.

  5. To remove a tag, click the X on it.

    The tag is removed and added to the Removed tags section of the dialog. If you remove a tag by mistake, click the Undo button Undo removing the tag button image on the tag.

  6. Repeat for all the tags you want to remove.

  7. When you have finished, click Save changes.

    The AI tag changes are saved.
