Remove tags from bundles

Tags help identify and group assets for better searching and browsing. You can remove tags that are no longer relevant.

Remove user-applied tags from bundles

  1. Open the bundle.

  2. In the bundle pane, select the bundle.

  3. Select Asset details.

    If the right pane is hidden, select the Show right pane button Image of the Show right panel button at the bottom of the pane.

  4. Next to the tags, select the Manage tags added by users button .

    A Search box opens with a list of all the user-applied tags on your P4 DAM system.

  5. To remove a tag, select the X on it.

  6. Repeat for all the tags to remove.

  7. When you have finished, select the Collapse button Image of the Collapse arrow next to the Search box to close it.

    The tag changes are saved.

Remove auto-generated AI tags from bundles

  1. Open the bundle.

  2. If the bundle is not selected in the tree view, select it.

  3. Select Asset details.

    If the right pane is hidden, select the Show right pane button Image of the Show right panel button at the bottom of the pane.

  4. Next to the tags, select the AI tags button Image of the View and manage AI tags button.

    The AI tags dialog opens.

  5. To remove a tag, select the X on it.

    The tag is removed and added to the Removed tags section of the dialog. If you remove a tag by mistake, select the Undo button Undo removing the tag button image on the tag.

  6. Repeat for all the tags you want to remove.

  7. When you have finished, select Save changes.

    The AI tag changes are saved.
