Move assets in collections

You can move assets in a collection to a folder or subfolder in the same collection, or from a folder or subfolder in the collection to the main collection page.

1. Open the project and collection that contains the assets.

2. If you are moving assets from a folder, open the folder.

3. In the upper right corner of each asset, click the selector to select it. A checkmark indicates an asset is selected.

   To select multiple assets using keyboard shortcuts, see Select multiple assets with shortcuts.

4. Below the assets, click Move to.

   The Move to dialog box opens.

5. To move the assets to a folder, select the folder. Click > to expand the folder to display any subfolders.

   To move the assets to the main collection page, select the collection.

6. Click Move.

   The assets are moved. If an asset with the same name is already in the collection or folder, the asset cannot be moved.

You can also select multiple assets by using keyboard and mouse shortcuts.
