Deactivate users

You must be a user with the company administrator role to manage P4 DAM users. For more information, see Roles in the Perforce TeamHub Documentation.

If a user leaves the company, deactivate their account. This cleans up the user list and frees up their P4 DAM license.

When you deactivate a user account, the user will be removed from P4 DAM, but will still be available in P4.

To deactivate a user:

  1. Click your avatar and click Company settings.

    The Company settings pane opens.

  2. Click Users.

  3. Search for the user to deactivate.

  4. Click the next to the user.

  5. Click Deactivate.

  6. In the Deactivate Helix DAM user dialog box, click Deactivate.

    The user is removed from the Users view.
