Unsubscribe | P4 Cloud account administrator

You can unsubscribe at any time. When you unsubscribe, your P4 Server access ends immediately.

1. Log in to the portal.

   The Subscription page opens.

2. Click a subscription to unsubscribe from.

   The Subscription details page opens.

3. Click Manage.

   The Manage subscription page opens.

4. Click Unsubscribe.

   The Unsubscribe dialog box opens.

5. In the Reason for unsubscribing field, enter a reason for unsubscribing from the subscription.

6. Click Unsubscribe.

   The subscription is now canceled.

Perforce will turn off your P4 Cloud instance and retain your data for 30 days. To retrieve your data, contact Perforce Support. Data transfer requires an additional cost.
