Manage notification emails | Azure Marketplace

P4 Cloud email notifications notify customers about storage limits, data transfer overages, and scheduled maintenance. In the portal, you can add, update, and remove users in the list of team members to receive notifications.

Add users to receive notifications

If more than one user manages your subscription, you can add up to five email addresses to receive notifications.

  1. In the portal, click Server Details in the navigation bar.

  2. In the Notification email field, click the Add + button.

  3. In the Add notification email dialog box, enter the email address and click Add.

    If you are adding multiple email addresses, repeat steps 2 and 3.

  1. Click Save.

    The email addresses are saved in the Notification email field.

Remove users from receiving notifications

If a user leaves your organization, remove them from receiving email notifications.

  1. In the portal, click Server Details in the navigation bar.

  2. In the Notification email field, click the Delete button next to the email address.

    The email address is removed from the Notification email field.

Update an email address

If an email address is incorrectly entered, update the address to receive email notifications.

  1. In the portal, click Server Details in the navigation bar.

  2. In the Notification email field, click the Edit button next to the email address.

  3. Update the email address, click Update, and click Save.

    The updated email address appears in the Notification email field.
