Notes
The StrBuf constructor initializes the StrBuf
to contain a zero-length null buffer.
Example

cout << "sb.Text() returns \"" << sb.Text() << "\"\n";
cout << "sb.Length() returns " << sb.Length() << "\n";
}
Executing the preceding code produces the following output:
