Notes
SetProtocolV()
functions identically to SetProtocol(),
except that its argument is a single string of the format
variable=value.
Example
The following example demonstrates the use of SetProtocolV() to
enable tagged output. The result is that the ClientUser
object uses OutputStat() to
handle the output, rather than OutputInfo().
