Removing files from code reviews

You can remove files from code reviews without affecting the file contents. For example, you may need to remove a file added to the wrong review.

To remove files from a code review, the following conditions must be true:

• Only users that have the Delete Code Reviews security admin permission can remove files from code reviews they author.
• The code review must be in a Work in Progress state. Once the review has started, no files may be removed.

1. Choose View > Code Reviews.

The Code Reviews window opens.

2. Expand the review that contains the file to remove.

3. Select the file to remove and click Delete.

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

4. Click Yes.

The file is removed from the review.
