Deleting workflow templates

You may want to delete workflow templates that are no longer used. When you delete a template, users cannot change states on files in repositories that use the template. Files remain in the selected state.

1. Choose Tools > Administration > Workflow.

The Workflow dialog box opens.

2. Click the Workflow tab.

3. Select a workflow template and click Delete.

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

4. Click Yes.

The workflow template is deleted.
