Entering Helix ALM login information
You need to enter your Helix ALM login information before you can attach files to issues, requirements, or test cases.
1. Choose Tools > Helix ALM Integration > User Settings.
The Helix ALM User Settings dialog box opens.
2. Select Use Surround SCM username and password if you authenticate using a method other than license server authentication (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, or OpenID Connect) and your Helix ALM and Surround SCM login information is the same.
3. Select Use the following and enter your Helix ALM username and password if your login information is different from Surround SCM.
Do not select this option if you authenticate using an identity provider that supports SAML or OpenID Connect.
4. Click OK.
You can now attach Surround SCM source files to Helix ALM items.
