Generating support diagnostic reports

If you are experiencing license server issues and need help from Perforce support, you can generate a report that includes detailed information about the license server configuration. You can then email the report to Perforce support to provide information for troubleshooting the issue.

1. Choose Help > Generate Support File.

The Generate Support File dialog box opens.

2. Click Save As to save the file.

The Save As dialog box opens.

3. Choose a location to save the file in and enter a File name.

The default file name is LicenseServerSupportDiagnostics.txt.

4. Click Save.

5. Click Close when you finish.
